Dr. Emily Dimmer is coordinator of the Gene Ontology Annotation (GOA) Project at EMBL-EBI Cambridge, UK. One of the current annotation efforts of the GOA group is on providing high-quality manual annotations for proteins implicated in kidney development and disease.
